Texas Ramp Project
Sponsored by the United Methodist Men of Wylie United
Have you ever changed a person’s life in a single day? The Texas Ramp Project does it hundreds of times a year! We build wheelchair ramps for disabled or elderly people who can’t afford to buy one. In a few hours on a Saturday morning, we give these folks the freedom to leave their home again—the home where they want to remain but whose steps have imprisoned them. Contact the church office (972-442-5835), if you would like to be part of the next build.

Unlike many other diseases that are awaiting a cure, malaria was eliminated in the U.S. in the 1950s. However, in Sub-Saharan Africa, malaria continues to kill a child every 2 minutes.
But, there is hope! Imagine No Malaria is part of a global partnership and together with our partners; our generation can beat malaria once and for all.
